Ingredients

1 (3 lb) Sirloin roast
3 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 Teaspoon garlic salt
Dash pepper
6 Bacon slices

Instructions

Sprinkle roast with garlic salt and pepper. Spread Dijon mustard over entire roast. Wrap with bacon. Add 1/4 cup of water to bottom of crockpot. Cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours.
