Ingredients
8 Small new potatoes, scrubbed
6 Cube steaks
12 Asparagus spears, trimmed
1 Envelope dry Italian salad dressing mix
Instructions
Place the potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot. Place two asparagus spears on one end of each cube steak. Roll each one up jelly roll style and secure with toothpicks. Place seam side down in crockpot. Sprinkle salad dressing mix over the top. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours.
