Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups ketchup
1 Medium onion, chopped
2 Medium green bell peppers, chopped
1/2 Cup water
1/2 Cup packed brown sugar
2 to 3 Teaspoons cider vinegar
1 Teaspoon ground mustard
1/8 Teaspoon black pepper
1 can each, drained:
1 Can kidney beans, drained
1 Can great northern beans, drained
1 Can baby lima beans, drained
1 Can black beans, drained
1 Can black-eyed peas, drained
Instructions
Combine the first 9 ingredients in crockpot and mix well. Add the beans and peas. Mix well. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 7 hours or until onion and peppers are tender.
