Ingredients

Crust
1 Cup graham cracker crumbs
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/4 Cup melted butter
Filling
2 Boxes frozen strawberries
OR
2 Cups fresh strawberries, sliced
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 (3 oz) Package strawberry jello
1 Cup water, boiling
34 Large marshmallows
1/2 Cup milk
1 Cup whipping cream, whipped

Instructions

Crust
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted margarine. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9" x 9" x 2" baking dish.
Filling
Sprinkle sugar over fresh strawberries; let stand 30 minutes.
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Drain strawberries reserving juice. Add water to juice to make one cup. Add to jello; chill till partially set, 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine marshmallows and milk in double boiler; heat and stir until marshmallows melt. Cool thoroughly; stir in whipped cream.
Add berries to jello then fold in marshmallow mixture to marble. Pour into crumb crust. Chill until set. Cut into squares.
