Ingredients

2 Eggs, beaten
2/3 Cup sugar
1 (15 oz) Can cooked pumpkin
1 (12 oz) Can evaporated milk
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1 Teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon ginger
1/2 Teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 Teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 Teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1 (9�) Deep-dish piecrust

Instructions

Combine all ingredients. Pour into piecrust and bake at 400�F for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350�F and cook for an additional 35 to 40 minutes until you can stick a knife in the pie and it comes out clean. Allow to cool. Serve with whipped cream.
