Ingredients
1 Can Eagle Brand condensed milk
8 Ounces cream cheese
1/3 Teaspoon lemon juice
1 Cup chopped pecans
1 (#2 can) Crushed pineapple, drained
8 Ounces Cool Whip
2 Small or 1 large graham cracker pie shells
Instructions
Blend condensed milk and cream cheese. Add lemon juice and mix well. Combine pecans, pineapple and cool whip to the mixture then pour into 2 small graham cracker crust pie shells or one large pie shell. Chill at least one hour before serving.
