Ingredients
1 (3 oz) Package cream cheese
1 Tablespoon milk or half & half
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 Cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 Graham cracker pie crust
1 Cup milk or half & half
2 (3 oz) Packages instant vanilla pudding
1 (16 oz) Can pumpkin
1 Teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 Teaspoon ground cloves
Whipped cream
Instructions
Mix cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and sugar until smooth. Stir in whipped topping and pour over crust. Mix 1 cup milk an pudding mixes until well blended and thickened. Add pumpkin and spices blending well. Spoon over cream cheese layer and chill at least 2 hours before serving. Serve topped with fresh whipped cream.
