Ingredients

1/2 Cups sugar
1 Egg
1 Heaping tablespoon butter, softened
1 Heaping tablespoon flour
1 Cup milk
1 (9") Pie shell, unbaked

Instructions

Cream the first four ingredients together until light; add milk and mix well. Pour filling into a deep pie tin lined with unbaked pastry; bake at 350�F for about 30 minutes or until done.
