Ingredients
1/2 Cup butter, softened
1 1/2 Cups sugar
2 Eggs
3/4 Cup sour cream
2 Large, ripe bananas, mashed
1 Teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 Cup flour
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add sour cream and mix. Add mashed bananas and vanilla. Mix. Then add flour, salt, and baking soda.
Bake in 15 1/2" x 10 1/2" jellyroll pan that has been greased or sprayed at 375�F for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool. Sprinkle with confectioner sugar and cut into bars.
