Ingredients
1/4 Cup margarine
1 Cup sugar
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
2 Cups flour
Pinch of salt
1 Teaspoon baking soda
3 Ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 Cup nuts, chopped
1 Teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl cream together margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract. Add flour, salt and baking soda and blend well. Incorporate bananas and nuts and blend gently. Bake at 350�F for 60 minutes in a loaf pan sprayed with non-stick spray.
