Ingredients
3/4 Cup all-purpose flour
1 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup butter, melted
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1/3 Cup heavy whipping cream
4 Eggs
2 Teaspoons cornstarch
Instructions
Beat all ingredients with spoon until smooth. Heat krumkake iron over small electric or gas unit on medium-high heat until hot; (grease lightly if necessary). Pour scant tablespoon batter onto iron; close gently. Heat each side about 15 seconds or until light golden brown. Keep iron over heat at all times. Carefully remove cookie. Immediately roll around cone-shape roller. Remove roller when cookie is set. Cool on wire rack.
Whipped Cream
Ingredients
1 Cup heavy cream
1/4 Cup sugar
1 Teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
In a chilled bowl, whip cream until almost stiff. Slowly add sugar and vanilla; beat until cream holds peaks. If the whipped cream is too thin, add more sugar (tablespoon at a time) and beat until stiff.
