Ingredients
1 (29 oz) Can pumpkin
1 (12 oz) Can evaporated milk
1 Cup brown sugar, packed
1 Stick butter, melted
3 Eggs
3 Teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 Teaspoon cinnamon
2 Teaspoons vanilla
1/2 Teaspoon maple flavoring
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Box yellow cake mix
2 Cups chopped nuts, walnuts, pecans, or mixed
1 Cup raisins
Instructions
Mix all ingredients until well-blended. Pour into a 9� x 13� pan and bake at 375�F for 50 minutes, test for doneness. Serve with plenty of whipped cream, or vanilla ice cream.
