Ingredients
1 (15 oz) Can pure pumpkin
1 (12 oz) Can evaporated lowfat 2% milk
3 Large eggs
3/4 Cup granulated sugar
1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 (15 1/4 to 16 1/2 oz) Box yellow cake mix
1 Cup chopped pecans
1/2 Cup butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350�F. Grease bottom of 9" x 13" baking pan.
Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt in large bowl. Pour into prepared pan. Combine cake mix, pecans and melted butter in large bowl until crumbly. Sprinkle over filling.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
Variation
For a different twist on this recipe, try substituting spice cake mix for yellow cake mix.
