Ingredients

1 (29 oz) Can pumpkin
1 Large can evaporated milk
4 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups of sugar
1 Teaspoon ground ginger
1 Teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon ground cloves
1 Yellow cake mix
1-1/2 Cups chopped walnuts
3/4 Cup melted butter

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325F. In a mixing bowl mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, ginger, cinnamon and cloves. Pour into a 9� x 13� baking pan. Sprinkle dry yellow cake mix on top of Pumpkin mixture. Now top with walnuts, pour melted butter over nuts and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
Serve warm or cold with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
