Pour into a 9�x13� pan. (No need to grease & flour pan unless you are using a bundt cake pan or plan to remove from the 9�x13� pan.)
Bake at 325F for 45 minutes.
While cake bakes: grate rind of 2 lemons, mix with juice of the 2 lemons. Add 2 cups powdered sugar and mix until dissolved. When cake is done and still warm, poke holes with a two prong fork all over the top of cake. Drizzle cake with lemon and sugar mixture.
