Ingredients

2 Eggs
3/4 Cup vegetable oil
2 Cups sugar
2 Teaspoon vanilla extract
2 Cups flour
2 Teaspoons cinnamon
1 Teaspoon baking soda
1/2 Teaspoon salt
4 Cups apples, peeled & chopped

Instructions

In large bowl, beat eggs and oil until smooth. Add next 6 ingredients and mix well. Fold in apples.
Pour into greased 9" x 13" pan.
Bake at 350�F for 50 to 55 minutes.
