Ingredients
3 Cups sugar
2 Sticks margarine
1/2 Cup shortening
5 Eggs
1 Teaspoon coconut extract
1 Teaspoon lemon extract
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1 Cup 7-Up
3 Cups sifted flour
Instructions
Cream together sugar, margarine and shortening; add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add extracts, lemon juice and salt. Add flour and 7-Up alternately, beginning and ending with flour. Pour batter into greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 325�F (do not preheat oven) for about 1 hour. Test for doneness. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
