Ingredients
2 (10 oz) Packages frozen mixed vegetables, partially thawed
1/2 Cup celery, chopped
2 (10 3/4 oz) Cans condensed cream of celery soup
1 Packet Knorr vegetable soup mix
1/2 Teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 Cup water
2 Tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
Combine mixed vegetables with celery in crockpot. In medium bowl, mix soup with seasoned salt, dry soup mix, water and butter. Pour over vegetables in pot, cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours until vegetables are tender.
Can be made in oven preheated to 350�F and baked for 45 minutes with lid on.
