Ingredients
1 Pound ground beef
1 Medium onion, diced
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 (16 oz) Can baked beans, undrained
1 (16 oz) Can kidney beans, undrained
1 (15 oz) Can butter beans, rinsed & drained
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can beef broth
1 (11 oz) Can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 (10 1/2 oz) Can condensed vegetable soup, undiluted
1 (6 oz) Can tomato paste
1 Medium green pepper, diced
1 Cup carrots, sliced
1 Cup celery, sliced
2 Tablespoons chili powder
1 Teaspoon dried oregano
1 Teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 Teaspoon pepper
Instructions
In a skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink then drain. Transfer to a crockpot. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 hours or until vegetables are tender.
