Ingredients

1 Pound smoked sausage, diced
4 cups beef broth
2 Cups water
1 (32 oz) Can stewed tomatoes
2 (14 oz) Cans kidney beans
2 Celery ribs, chopped
2 Medium onions, chopped
3 Medium potatoes, peeled & diced
4 Medium carrots, chopped
1 1/2 Teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 Teaspoon parsley
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in crockpot and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
