Ingredients

1 Pound ground beef
1 Small onion, diced
1 Large carrot, julienned
3 Celery stalks, chopped
2 Garlic cloves, minced
2 (14 1/2 oz) Cans diced tomatoes
1 (15 oz) Can red kidney beans (with liquid)
1 (15 oz) Can great northern beans (with liquid)
1 (15 oz) Can tomato sauce
1 (36 oz) Can V-8 juice
2 (15 1/2 oz) Cans chicken broth
1 Tablespoon white vinegar
1 1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon oregano
1 Teaspoon basil
1/2 Teaspoon pepper
1/2 Teaspoon thyme
1/2 pound ditali pasta

Instructions

Brown the ground beef; place everything in crockpot and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours. (Olive Garden clone)
