Ingredients

1 1/2 Pounds ground beef
4 (14 1/2 oz) Cans beef broth
2 Cans water
1/2 Cup frozen peas
1/2 Cup frozen corn
1/2 Cup frozen lima beans
1/2 Cup frozen green beans
1/2 Cup fresh carrots, diced
1 Medium potato, diced
1/2 Cup celery, sliced thin
1 Small onion, chopped
4 Garlic cloves, crushed & minced
1/4 Cup barley, rinsed
Salt to taste
1/8 Teaspoon black pepper
1/8 Teaspoon season salt
1/8 Teaspoon celery salt
1/8 Teaspoon oregano leaves
1/4 Teaspoon parsley flakes
1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Brown meat with salt, pepper and garlic in pressure cooker uncovered.
Combine all remaining ingredients in a large bowl with rest of seasonings and one can of broth and two cans of water.
When meat is cooked add all other ingredients in pot except remaining water and broth. Bring to a boil stirring often. When at boiling, cover and cook at full pressure for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool under running water. Remove lid and add remaining liquid and heat through.
