Ingredients
1 Cup celery, chopped
1/4 Cup onion, chopped
2 Tablespoons green peppers, chopped
1 Tablespoon butter
2 Cans tuna
1/2 Bag chow mein noodles (reserve 1/4 cup)
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 Cup milk
1 Cup frozen peas
1/8 Teaspoon pepper
1 Cup salted peanuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350�F. In a large skillet cook and stir celery, onion and green pepper in butter until onion is tender. Stir in tuna with remaining ingredients. Pour into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with reserved chow mein noodles. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
