Ingredients

1/4 Cup mayonnaise
3/4 Chicken broth
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Package stuffing mix for chicken
2 (6 oz) Cans tuna, drained
1/2 Cup green onions, chopped
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, water, lemon juice, stuffing mix, tuna, green onions & mozzarella cheese.
Cover & refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Form the mixture into patties.
In a large lightly greased skillet, over medium heat, cook the patties for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
