Ingredients
1/4 Cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 Cup green pepper, diced fine
1/4 Cup butter
1 Pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 Teaspoon fresh crushed garlic
1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 Pound fresh shrimp, peeled & de-veined
1 Cup sour cream
Cooked rice
Instructions
In a large fry pan, saut� onions and pepper in butter until softened. Add the mushrooms, mix to blend, cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the shrimp, sprinkle with flour, salt and cayenne pepper, blend well, cover and cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
Stir in sour cream, cook until heated thoroughly but do not allow mixture to boil.
Serve over cooked rice.
