Ingredients
1 (14 3/4 oz) Can salmon, drained
1/3 Cup finely chopped onion
2 Eggs
5 Saltines, crushed
1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/8 Teaspoon pepper
2 Teaspoons butter
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; mix well. Shape into six patties.
Melt butter in a skillet and fry patties over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until browned and heated through.
