Ingredients
1 Head fresh broccoli, cut into florets
1 Pound medium shrimp
1 Can chicken broth
1 Medium onion, finely sliced
1 Large tomato, diced
1/3 Cup olive oil
1 Pound bow tie pasta, cooked
Instructions
Simmer broccoli in 1 can chicken broth until tender.
Heat oil in skillet and saut� onion and shrimp until pink. Add diced tomato, broccoli and broth.
Pour over cooked pasta. Serve immediately. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
