Ingredients
2 Pounds chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
1 Pound Italian sausage links, cut into 1" pieces
1 Onion, chopped
1 Red bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 Teaspoons garlic, chopped
1 1/2 Teaspoons oregano
1 (28 oz) Can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (6 oz) Can tomato paste
1 (14 oz) Can artichoke hearts, drained
1 (4 oz) Can sliced black olives, drained
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except artichoke hearts and olives in crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours. Stir in artichokes & olives and cook 10 minutes more.
Serve over rice.
