Ingredients
6 Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
1 (15 1/2 oz) Can black beans, rinsed & drained
1 (15 oz) Can yellow corn, drained
1 (15 oz) Jar chunky salsa
1 (8 oz) Package cream cheese, at room temperature
Instructions
Place chicken thighs in crockpot.. Add black beans, corn and salsa. Cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours. Add cream cheese, just throw it on top, and cook an additional 1/2 hour. Shred the chicken with a fork and mix all ingredients together well before serving.
