Ingredients
4 Chicken leg quarters, skin removed
4 Tablespoons butter, melted
1 Tablespoon garlic, minced
1 (8 oz) Can mushroom pieces, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz) Can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz) Can cream of chicken soup
2 Tablespoons paprika
1 Cup sour cream
Instructions
Combine melted butter and garlic and mix well. Place chicken in crockpot and coat with garlic butter. Stir chopped mushrooms, soups and paprika in bowl until blended; spoon mixture over chicken to cover. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken to serving platter. Whisk sour cream into the cooking liquid. Serve sauce over chicken.
