Ingredients
4 Boneless skinless chicken thighs
Montreal Chicken Seasoning
1 1/2 Cups Basmati rice
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1 Can sliced mushrooms, chopped
1 Can diced tomatoes
2 1/2 Cans chicken broth
Parsley flakes
Basil
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
Wash chicken and pat dry. Sprinkle both sides with chicken seasoning. In a large bowl combine rice, soup, mushrooms, tomatoes, chicken broth and spices. Pour half of the mixture into pressure cooker, put chicken in then remaining half of mixture. Cover and cook for 20 minutes once pressure is reached. Cool rapidly under running water.
