Ingredients
4 to 5 Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless, cut into bite size pieces
2 (4 oz) Cans mushrooms, drained & chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz) Can cream of chicken soup
2 Packets of chicken gravy mix
1/2 Cup water or chicken broth, optional
Mashed potatoes or hot steamed rice
Instructions
Place chicken and mushrooms in the crockpot and season with salt and pepper, if desired.
Whisk together soup, gravy mix, and water, pour over chicken.
Cover crockpot and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours.
Serve over mashed potatoes or hot steamed rice.
