Ingredients

1 (8 1/2 oz) Package JIFFY Corn Muffin Mix
1 (14 3/4 oz) Can cream style corn
1 (15 oz) Can whole kernel corn, drained
� Cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1 Cup sour cream
3 Eggs
1/2 Teaspoon salt

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375�F and lightly grease a 2 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour the mixture into the casserole dish and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the spoon bread is golden brown and set.
