Ingredients
2 Pounds rump roast
1 Cup onion, chopped
1 Package taco seasoning mix
1 Tablespoon oregano
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
1 (10 oz) Can Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies
1 (4oz) Can diced green chilies
1 (16 oz) Can tomato sauce
Instructions
Layer ingredients, meat first in crockpot, cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. Do not stir for first 5 hours. Shred meat after 7 hours. Serve on flour or corn tortillas topped with sour cream.
