Ingredients

1 Cup white sugar
1 Cup brown sugar
1/2 Cup butter
3 Eggs, beaten
3 1/2 Cups flour
1 Teaspoon vanilla
Dash salt

Instructions

Mix first five ingredients by hand or with a fork. Then add vanilla and salt mix thoroughly. Chill dough for an hour.
Place a 1 1/2" round ball of dough in the center of a krumkake iron. Gently push top down. Cook on one side for about 1 minute. Turn iron over and cook other side until golden. Roll warm cookie on a 1 1/2" wooden dowel or cool flat.
