Ingredients
1 (3.4 oz) Package instant vanilla pudding
1 Cup heavy whipping cream
1 Cup milk
1/2 Cup fresh raspberries, chopped
1/2 Teaspoon almond extract
Instructions
Beat first three ingredients together for 1 to 2 minutes to desired consistency. Gently fold in chopped raspberries and refrigerator until ready to serve.
Pipe into krumkake cookies and serve immediately.
