Ingredients

1 Pound mild Italian sausage, cooked & drained
1 Teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 to 3/4 Head cabbage, chopped
1 Small onion, chopped
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can diced tomatoes
1 (10 oz) Can tomatoes with green chilis
1 Cup water
1 (10 3/4 oz) Can cheddar cheese soup, do not dilute
1 (15 oz) Can kidney beans, drained
1 Cup frozen corn, undrained
1 Small red bell pepper, chopped
1 Teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste

Instructions

Brown sausage on stove and drain, add to crock pot along with the rest of the ingredients.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 � 7 hours.
This can also be made on top of the stove.
