Ingredients
1 (30-32 oz) Bag diced hash brown potatoes
1/2 Onion, diced
1/2 Cup celery, thinly sliced
4-5 Cups chicken broth
1 (10 3/4 oz) Can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
1/2 Teaspoon black pepper
1 (8 oz) Package cream cheese, softened
For Garnish
Shredded cheese
Bacon, cooked & crumbled
Instructions
Pour chicken broth into crockpot followed by soup, onion, celery, potatoes and pepper. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 5 hours.
Add softened cream cheese, stir to combine and cook an additional 30 minutes.
