Ingredients

8 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled & chopped
1 (5 oz) Can white albacore tuna, drained well
2 Tablespoons red onion, minced
2 Tablespoons chives, minced
1/3 Cup plain Greek yogurt
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1 Teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 Teaspoon sriracha sauce
1/8 Teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

Place chopped eggs in a large bowl.
Add tuna, chopped red onion and chopped chives to eggs.
Prepare tuna egg salad sauce.
In a small bowl combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and sriracha sauce, then add to the large bowl and mix well.
Finally, season with smoked paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve on toasted bread.
