Ingredients

1 Pound boneless pork shoulder, cut into 1 1/2" chunks
1/2 Pound Italian sausage, crumbled
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can diced tomatoes, drained
1 Large onion, chopped
2 Celery stalks, sliced
2 Tablespoons tomato paste
4 Garlic cloves, minced
2 Teaspoons Herbs de Provence
2 (15 1/2 oz) Cans great northern beans, rinsed
4 Slices bacon
1/4 Cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except beans, bacon and cheese in crockpot, cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours.
Add beans to ingredients in crockpot, replace lid and continue cooking on HIGH for 15 minutes or until heated through.
Cook bacon until crisp and drain grease.
Crumble bacon and sprinkle over ingredients in crockpot along with the cheese.
