Ingredients
1 Package kielbasa sausage, cut into 1/2" slices
4 Medium potatoes, peeled & cubed
2 (15 oz) Cans green beans
2 (10 1/2 oz) Cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 Small onion, chopped
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Place your potatoes in the bottom of a 6 quart crockpot, top with your onion.
Drain green beans, reserving the liquid.
Add drained green beans and sausage to crockpot.
Mix your soups with reserved green bean juice.
Pour the soup mixture over contents in crockpot.
Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours.
It's done when your potatoes are fork tender.
