Ingredients
5 Chicken thighs, bone in and skin on
1/4 Cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 Cup dark brown sugar
1/2 Teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
Sesame seeds & sliced green onions, for garnish
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients and set the chicken into the crockpot skin side up.
Cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
