Ingredients

2 (10 oz) Packages frozen chopped spinach, cooked & well drained
6 Tablespoons onion, finely minced
1/4 Cup margarine, melted
1 Teaspoon salt
3/4 Teaspoon black pepper
6 Tablespoons heavy cream or evaporated milk
6 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoons cream cheese
Tabasco sauce, if desired
Italian breadcrumbs

Instructions

Cook spinach according to package directions in unsalted water. Drain. Saut� onions in margarine. Add drained spinach, salt and pepper to taste. Pour in milk. Add cheeses and Tabasco sauce. Mix well. Before serving, place in baking dish and top with buttered Italian breadcrumbs and bake at 375F for 10 to 15 minutes. Freezes well.
