Ingredients
1 Small onion, minced
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
2 Tablespoons butter
1 (10 oz) Package frozen spinach, cooked & drained
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1 Cup sour cream
3 Slices of bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled
Instructions
Saut� the onion and garlic in the butter until the onion is transparent. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Add the cooked spinach and salt and cook, stirring constantly over low heat, until the mixture is thick. Remove from heat and add the sour cream and blend. Fold in the crumbled bacon. Serve hot.
