Ingredients
1 (26 oz) Can cream of chicken soup
2/3 Cup sour cream
1/2 Teaspoon pepper
2 (16 oz) Packages frozen vegetable combo (broccoli, cauliflower & carrots) thawed & drained
8 Ounces shredded Swiss cheese
1 (6 oz) Can French Fried onions
Instructions
In large bowl, combine soup, sour cream and pepper. Stir in vegetables, 1 1/2 cups of cheese, and half of the onions. Spoon into 3 quart oblong baking dish. Cover and bake at 350�F 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and top with remaining onions, bake uncovered for 5 minutes or until onions are golden.
