Ingredients
2 Tablespoons butter
1/2 Teaspoon sage
1/2 Cup uncooked rice
2 Tablespoons diced sweet bell pepper, green, red, or both
1/8 Teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can chicken broth
1 Cup baby frozen peas
Instructions
In a saucepan, brown rice and pepper with sage in butter. Add broth and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in peas. Cover and simmer 10 minutes, or until peas are done to your liking, stirring occasionally.
