Ingredients

Heavy duty aluminum foil
1 Small head cauliflower, cut in florets (about 6 cups)
2 Cups frozen green peas & carrots
1 (10 3/4 oz) Can cream of celery soup
1/2 Teaspoon onion powder
1/2 Teaspoon dried basil
1/2 Teaspoon salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450�F, or grill to medium-high.
Combine cauliflower, peas & carrots, soup, onion powder, basil and salt; center mixture on an 18� x 24� sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil.
Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to form one large foil packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes on cookie sheet in oven, or grill 14 to 16 minutes in covered grill.
