Ingredients

2 Cups small curd cottage cheese
3 Whole eggs
3 Tablespoons flour
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Pound cheddar cheese
1/2 (10 oz) Package frozen spinach, broccoli or other green vegetables

Instructions

Cut Cheddar cheese in 1/2" squares. Mix all ingredients together and place in 8" x 8" pan. Cut spinach in 1/2" chunks and press into mixture. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350�F.
This is excellent prepared ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.
This can be doubled easily and baked in a larger pan or serving dish.
