Ingredients

4 Large carrots, julienned
1 Large green pepper, sliced into 2 inch julienne style
1 Large onion, sliced into rings
2 Tablespoons peanut oil
2 Tablespoons water
2 Stalks celery, juliennes
1 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 Tablespoon ketchup

Instructions

Heat oil; add vegetables and stir over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Mix soy sauce, water and ketchup, add to the vegetables. Cook for 10 minutes.
