Ingredients
1 Pound fresh green beans
1/8 Cup butter
1/2 Small sweet onion, chopped
1 Garlic clove, crushed
1/8 Cup flour
1/2 Teaspoon paprika
1 Cup chicken broth
1/4 Cup sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Place green beans in a steamer and steam until crisp-tender. Melt butter in a skillet and saut� onion and garlic. Stir in flour and paprika and cook for a couple of minutes. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Allow mixture to boil a few minutes until sauce starts to thicken. Add green beans and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and salt and pepper. Serve at once.
